Adolescence is a time of rapid change — physically, emotionally, socially, and mentally. It’s a crucial stage when teenagers begin forming their identity, values, and place in the world. At Mindtone, our Teen Therapy program is designed to support young individuals through this formative period with compassion, understanding, and clinically grounded guidance.
What We Offer
Our teen-focused therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where adolescents can openly express themselves. Our licensed therapists specialize in adolescent mental health and are skilled in building trust and connection with young clients.
We work collaboratively with both teens and their families (when appropriate) to address a wide range of concerns, including:

- Academic stress and performance pressure
- Anxiety, depression, and mood regulation
- Social isolation, peer pressure, and bullying
- Body image issues and self-esteem challenges
- Family conflicts and communication difficulties
- Identity development and LGBTQ+ support
- Trauma, grief, or parental separation
- Risk behaviors and emotional outbursts
Our approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Creative Expression Techniques (like art or journaling), tailored to suit the unique personality and needs of each teenager.
Your Path to Change Begins Here

Parent & Family Involvement
While confidentiality is key in teen therapy, we believe in the importance of involving parents or guardians in the healing process when beneficial. Our therapists provide feedback and support to families to help them understand and positively influence their teen’s mental health journey.
Understanding teens’ varying comfort levels, we offer both in-person sessions at our clinic and secure online therapy via Google Meet — making it easier for your teen to access care in a way that feels right for them.
